Subject to these terms, we do not offer refunds on products.  

No refunds will be made on the "non-refundable" deposit collected for session fees.

If session is booked and unforseeable situations arise making it impossible for you to attend less than 24-hrs before scheduled time, please notifiy us via one of the many contact options at least 24 hrs. in advance. If no notification is made, "non-refundable" session fee deposit will not be refunded.

If required notification is given more than 24 hrs in advance, it will be up to From Day One Photography to determine if deposit will be eligible to be used for a future session booked.

If less than 24hrs notice is given, deposit will be forfeited as stated in above mentioned policy.
